Job Summary: We are seeking a high school graduate or technical-level waiter/waitress with experience to provide timely service and manage customer requests and feedback in a restaurant. Knowledge of table service, etiquette, and customer service A well-established restaurant in Caucasia is looking for a high school graduate or technical-level professional in customer service, table, and bar service, with a minimum of 12 months of experience as a waiter/waitress, to ensure prompt service—including taking food and beverage orders from customers—and to effectively handle their requests, complaints, and feedback. Required education level: High school diploma and/or technical certification in customer service, table, and bar service. Responsibilities and/or duties of the position: Promptly take food and beverage orders from customers. Required knowledge or specific qualifications: Basic knowledge of table service, etiquette, and customer service. Salary: $ 1,750.905 + Bonus + Tips. Contract type: Fixed-term contract + Statutory benefits. Work schedule: Rotating shifts.
