A minimum of twelve (12) months of experience in restaurants, hotels, or events is required, contributing to growth and excellent service delivery in every interaction. · Academic background: High school diploma and/or technical training in food and beverage service, customer service, or related fields. · Job mission: To deliver timely and high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring a satisfactory experience for customers through adherence to the organization’s established customer service, service delivery, and operational protocols. · Responsibilities: - Execute food and beverage service according to established protocols. - Take orders and monitor service delivery. - Attend to customers in restaurants, events, and café bars. - Verify cleanliness, organization, and readiness of tableware. - Support event setup and teardown. · Knowledge: - Customer service. - Valid food handling certification. - Basic table service techniques. - Application of customer service protocols and etiquette. - Use of silverware and food and beverage service. - Order taking and order form completion. - Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). - Proper handling of tableware, glassware, and utensils. - Cleaning and disinfection protocols. - Customer service and basic PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions) handling. · Professional competencies: Teamwork, assertive communication, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and service orientation. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits + approximate monthly tips of $150,000. Contract type: Permanent. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating day and night shifts, daily work hours of 7 and 8 hours, with one rest day per week.
