Job Summary: A metalworking assistant is required to assist in metal and mineral processing, prepare materials, and operate cleaning equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in metal and mineral processing 2. Preparation of materials, tools, and supplies 3. Operation of specialized cleaning equipment A company located in the city requires a metalworking assistant for the following tasks: - Assist structural assemblers, machine operators, and other metalworkers in sorting, stacking, baling, marking materials, and performing other support activities for operators involved in metal and mineral processing. - Prepare and supply materials, tools, and supplies promptly, meeting specified technical conditions and requirements of metalworking, sheet metal fabrication, piping, and welding. - Operate cleaning equipment to remove residues and dirt from furnaces, excess weld spatter, rust, casting sand, and other contaminants from the surfaces of cast metal parts and other products. - Transport raw materials, components, finished products, goods, equipment, materials, surplus material, and other items to work areas using a forklift, manually, or with mechanical equipment.
