Commitment to work quality A cosmetics-sector company is looking for a Microbiology Assistant with twelve (12) months of experience in cosmetic product quality control and microbiological laboratory processes, contributing to quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards. · Academic qualifications: Technician in fields related to microbiology, quality control, or laboratory. Job Mission: Execute the microbiological and quality control processes required by the organization, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards for cosmetic products. Responsibilities: - Prepare culture media for microbiological analysis. - Perform sterilization using an autoclave. - Prepare samples and conduct inoculation of mesophiles, fungi, and yeasts. - Carry out microbiological sampling of environments, surfaces, personnel, and uniforms. - Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Knowledge: - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Good Laboratory Practices. - Proficiency in office software tools. - Microbiological laboratory processes. Professional Competencies: Results-oriented, dynamic, assertive communication, and commitment to work quality. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Schedule: Rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, aligned with the 44-hour weekly schedule. Monday to Saturday, with availability to work on Sundays or occasional holidays.
