Job Summary: We are seeking Technology Media Operators to perform continuous monitoring of alarms, cameras, and electronic systems; event analysis; and incident coordination at a control center. At Prosegur, a global leader in private security, we are looking for Technology Media Operators to strengthen our control center in Bogotá. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in alarm, CCTV, or control center monitoring. High school diploma, technical, or technological degree in systems, electronics, security, or related fields. Basic computer tool proficiency. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts. Must possess an updated monitoring course certification. Responsibilities Continuous monitoring of alarms, cameras, and electronic systems. Event analysis and reporting according to protocols. Coordination of incidents with operational staff and authorities. Preparation of shift reports and logs. We Offer Fixed-term contract for 6 months with possibility of renewal. Salary: 1 SMLV + statutory benefits + food allowance of $224,900 + overtime pay. Schedule: Rotating 2x2 shifts (8 hours each). Location: Bogotá, Montevideo.
