Job Summary: We are seeking a marketing promoter, merchandiser, or multi-skilled assistant to drive growth in purchase volume through effective sales strategies, organization, product assortment, and POP material handling. We are looking for a marketing promoter, merchandiser, or multi-skilled assistant with a motorcycle. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive growth in our customers' purchase volume through effective sales strategies. Organize, stock, clean, manage inventory, conduct product displays, and handle POP materials. REQUIREMENTS Technical high school diploma, technology degree, or university student in marketing, business administration, or related fields, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a merchandiser, market promoter, or logistics operator. Must own a motorcycle with valid documentation; driver's license held for at least two years. CONDITIONS Salary: 40% $1.013.000 + Fixed 60% $1.013.000 Variable contingent upon performance $2.026.000 + statutory benefits + daily transportation allowance $11,262 + daily meal allowance $7,415, average monthly earnings upon performance achievement $2,900,000 Schedule: Monday to Saturday and holidays, from 6:00 AM until completion of the assigned route.-Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: merchant, merchandiser, merchant, motorbike, motorcycle
