Main Responsibilities: Provide personal, therapeutic, and supportive care to elderly adults and convalescent patients Support personal hygiene, mobilization, feeding, and medication administration Maintain care records and report changes in the patient's condition Assist in daily living activities aimed at patient care and health preservation Support mobilization of patients with physical limitations Ensure hygienic conditions and patient well-being in the patient’s environment Required Knowledge: Customer service First aid Humanized service Nursing and patient care Required Competencies: Active listening, assertive communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and adherence to instructions.
