Guarantee of compliance with biosafety standards A reputable company located in Medellín is seeking experienced personnel for its healthcare team, requiring a minimum of 12 months of experience in the healthcare assistance field and patient care, particularly in managing post-surgical patients, to fill the position of Nursing Assistant. · Academic qualification: Vocational or professional technician in Nursing Assistance, Health Services, or related fields. · Specific responsibilities: · - Provide basic care and attention to post-surgical patients, ensuring comfort, well-being, and adherence to medical instructions. - Measure and record vital signs, promptly reporting any abnormalities or changes in the patient’s condition. - Assist in medication administration and performance of basic nursing procedures according to medical prescriptions and established protocols. - Assist in surgical wound management under supervision of a registered nurse. - Ensure compliance with biosafety, hygiene, and patient safety standards during clinical care. · Required knowledge: · - Certified Nursing Assistant with valid documentation. - Experience managing post-surgical patients. - Knowledge of vital sign measurement and medication administration. - Valid certifications in CPR/BLS and humanized care. · Salary: COP 2,100,000 + bonus of COP 400,000 + overtime and surcharges + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Work schedule: Rotating shifts organized biweekly, aligned with service scheduling and operational needs, complying with legally permitted working hours. Contract type: Fixed-term contract.
