




Job Summary: We are seeking an Onboarding Analyst responsible for managing agreements, coordinating onboarding processes, and administering discount codes for credit origination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage relationships and agreements with payroll processors. 2. Coordinate onboarding and update processes. 3. Administer the opening and control of discount codes. Job Offer: Onboarding Analyst We are seeking an Onboarding Analyst responsible for reporting and processing corresponding files according to each payroll processor’s structure, ensuring a 95% onboarding rate, as well as handling new code requests based on the needs of newly added payroll processors for credit origination. We offer: Contract: Indefinite-term contract. Base salary: $2,600,000 + commissions Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site. Main Responsibilities: Manage relationships and agreements with assigned payroll processors. Coordinate onboarding, updates, activations, and deactivations at payroll processors. Monitor credit approval and onboarding for payroll deduction loans. Administer the opening, renewal, and control of discount codes. Manage disbursements, receipt of lists, and operational validations with payroll processors. Analyze onboarding and update results impacting payroll deduction loan operations. Address internal client requests related to agreements and payroll processor processes. Prepare management reports and indicators to track onboarding and credit origination. Requirements: Technical, technological, or university-level studies in Business Administration and/or related fields. Minimum two (2) years of experience in this role. Proficiency in office tools; experience with Sac-Humano, Sygnus, Dibanka, and Colpensiones. Knowledge of payroll processor updates, debt capacity calculation, basic credit analysis, and the payroll deduction loan sector.
