We are currently seeking an Operations Leader to comprehensively lead the assigned area, achieving the objectives and goals defined by the company regarding service operations, while acting within the framework of the Corporate Organizational Culture. Requirements: Professional in administrative, industrial engineering, environmental, logistics, OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), or related fields, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in planning, executing, and monitoring tasks. Preferably trained in leadership competencies and personnel management; preferably proficient in office software tools and holding an A2 driver’s license. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise the assigned operational team, ensuring completion of assigned tasks. 2. Efficiently ensure service delivery in accordance with applicable regulations and planning. 3. Manage and allocate resources required for operations in an optimal and efficient manner. 4. Ensure the safety and health of employees by complying with established protocols, procedures, and other organizational best practices, as well as preventing unsafe tasks or actions within the work team. 5.
