Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate logistics or field operations, lead operational teams, and manage service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of operational teams and management of logistics operations. 2. Focus on zero accidents and assurance of service quality. 3. Analytical and communication skills for demanding environments. Technologist and/or Professional in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating logistics or field operations, including leadership of operational teams of at least 20 people. Experience in personnel administration, incident management, process quality control, and budget tracking. Prior experience in services, transportation, logistics, etc., is preferred. Knowledge of operations planning and control, project management, and service quality assurance. Ability to lead teams in demanding, zero-accident-oriented work environments.
