Position: Operator Driver Location: Barranquilla Contract Type: Indefinite Department: Operations Role Purpose Operate the vehicle across assigned routes to collect waste and ensure its proper and safe transportation to final disposal sites. Main Responsibilities 1. Operate the vehicle along assigned routes in compliance with activities inherent to the organization’s business line, supporting related operations, namely: vacuuming and probing, rental of portable sanitation units, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) treatment, grease trap and septic tank maintenance. Must assist in washing portable sanitation units (PSUs), performing vacuuming and probing according to the type of service being provided. 2. Report to immediate supervisor any third-party damages attributable to vehicle handling and subsystem operation. 3. Report to immediate supervisor upon completion of the assigned zone route. 4. Complete the route sheet and assigned commercial or operational forms accurately. 5. Submit service reports via the Fenix platform. 6. Ensure waste collection through vehicle operation and transport it to the landfill for subsequent final disposal. 7. Ensure the safety of operators accompanying the operation. 8. Complete all forms and documents required for operational control and smooth functioning. Requirements and Key Competencies • Education: High school diploma preferred • Experience: Two (2) years of experience in equivalent positions within the field and documented experience as a driver.
