A well-established company located in Sabaneta requires an overhead crane operator for its team, with six (6) months of work experience in the metal-mechanical sector. Academic Qualification: High School Diploma. Requirements and/or Knowledge for the Position: Crane operation skills. Job Mission: Operate cranes safely and efficiently to transport heavy materials, support production activities, and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. Responsibilities: Operate the overhead crane to transport heavy materials according to established protocols. Inspect the crane’s condition before and during operation. Coordinate movements with the work team to ensure safe operations. Record any anomalies or equipment failures when they occur. Support additional operational tasks related to load handling. Professional Competencies: Attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability. Salary: $1,423,500 + commission + night shift surcharges + overtime + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with rotating shifts.
