This position is critical to ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and delivering timely support to the local team. Work Mode: On-site Location: Valledupar Working Hours (Part-time): Monday: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary and Benefits: Salary: $875.452 Transportation allowance: $249.095 Additional allowance: $50.000 Statutory benefits Bi-weekly payments Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users and computer equipment. Manage and coordinate on-site support activities. Perform basic and preventive maintenance on equipment. Assist in resolving technical incidents. Coordinate external vendor support services when required. Required Profile: Prior experience in technical support or similar roles. Basic knowledge of IT systems and tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation.
