Requirements Academic Qualifications: Technical degree in Payroll and Social Benefits or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in private security and surveillance companies, handling payroll and social security processes (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT) Essential Knowledge: • Proficiency in PRONOS software. • Payroll and social security calculations. • Preparation and management of flat files. • Proficiency in the Online Contributions platform. • Knowledge of payroll updates. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Familiarity with Colombian labor legislation. Main Responsibilities • Support the payroll calculation process. • Generate and validate flat files for social security payments. • Process withdrawals and updates with social security entities. • Manage vacations, leaves of absence, and other personnel updates. • Update databases and files of the Human Talent department. • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Management department. • Verify correct application of updates in payroll and social security. • Support welfare activities and other departmental processes.
