Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with solid experience in social security and payroll to join our team and lead key processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead payroll settlement and social security management. 2. Manage payroll updates and calculate social benefits. 3. Address employee inquiries and support area reporting. What we offer: Salary: COP $2,500,000 + statutory benefits. - Work modality: Hybrid - Office locations: Bogotá (Puente Aranda) and Funza Plant. Important note: On-site attendance at either location (Puente Aranda or Funza) is required, as needed for operational requirements or payroll closings. What profile are we seeking? - Education: Technical, technological, or university degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Talent, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 2 years leading or executing payroll, settlements, and social security processes (preferably in companies with operational or plant personnel). - Key knowledge: Current Colombian labor legislation and PILA system proficiency. Your main challenges will be: - Accurately and timely process biweekly and monthly payroll settlements. - Generate, validate, and submit the social security payroll (PILA). - Manage payroll updates (hires, terminations, disabilities, leaves, etc.). - Calculate social benefit settlements and employment contracts. - Provide timely attention and resolution to inquiries from plant and administrative employees. - Support consolidation of area reports and reports.
