




Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to manage medications, ensure compliance with health regulations, and guarantee quality and safety in service delivery to satisfy users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages medications and pharmaceutical products. 2. Ensures quality, safety, and timeliness of service. 3. Coordinates logistics operations and supervises staff. An allied company is currently recruiting Pharmacy Technicians with two (2) years of experience as pharmacy managers in drugstores. · Mission: To ensure proper management of medications and pharmaceutical products through accurate receipt, storage, control, and dispensing, complying with current health regulations and ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness of service, thereby contributing to efficient departmental operation and user satisfaction. · Responsibilities: Dispense medications according to medical prescriptions and current regulations, advising users on safe usage and potential effects. Record and invoice products, manage payments, and accurately perform cash register opening, reconciliation, and closing. Monitor inventories, verifying incoming conditions, handling of controlled medications, and timely resolution of shortages. Execute receipt, inspection, storage, preparation, and dispatch of goods, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Coordinate logistics operations, supervise staff, organize inventories, and ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive work environment. · Technical Knowledge: Regulatory and pharmaceutical handling: Compliance with current health regulations governing the handling of medications and medical devices. Storage and preservation: Application of good practices to ensure proper preservation of pharmaceutical products. Inventory control: Registration, monitoring, and tracking of medication inventories, ensuring traceability. Logistics management: Receipt, preparation, and dispatch of orders according to established procedures. Safety and systems: Use of pharmacy software, safe handling of medications, and compliance with hygiene protocols, labeling, and batch and expiry date control. · Professional Competencies: Assertive communication.
