Job Summary: Responsible for reviewing, validating, and managing incidents in the DEI application, ensuring compliance with classification, notification, and citation dispatch processes. Administrative and documentary support Ensure accurate review, validation, and management of incidents registered in the DEI application, guaranteeing adherence to established guidelines for classification, notification, and citation dispatch. Responsibilities: Review and classify incidents as eligible or ineligible in the DEI application (review of images and information). Report updates to the analyst or site leader. Support functions assigned by the immediate supervisor related to this position. Generate citations in PDF format, already signed by the traffic agent. Draft letters addressed to public vehicle companies. Prepare mailing lists and databases for correspondence dispatch. Submit information to the courier company and perform physical delivery to the courier. Record delivery or return dates in the DEI system. Update citation status in the consolidated report. Review physical returns from courier services. Send reports on pending citations to the courier company. Requirements Academic level: Completed technical program (technologists are not accepted). Data entry experience. Residence in the city of Cali. Proficiency in office tools. Key Competencies Fast and accurate data entry. Database management in Excel.
