PHP Developer – Platform Support and Management

Job Summary: Design, develop, maintain, and ensure the stability of the technological platform, providing internal and external technical support to enable continuous system improvement. Management of continuous system improvement Position Purpose Design, develop, maintain, and ensure the operational stability of the company's technological platform, as well as provide technical support to internal users and external customers, ensuring service continuity and continuous system improvement. Academic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or technology diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related fields. • Additional training in databases, servers, and information security is desirable. Required Technical Knowledge • PHP development • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript • MySQL database management and administration • Server management (Linux/Windows Server) • Hosting and domain administration • Version control (Git preferred) • Basic knowledge of information security and data backup Main Responsibilities 1. Platform Development and Maintenance • Develop new features according to company requirements. • Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance. • Optimize database queries and performance. • Document developments and updates performed. 2. System Support and Stability • Monitor the server and ensure application availability. • Respond to outages, errors, or technical incidents. • Perform periodic backups. • Implement security improvements. 3. Internal and External Support • Provide technical support to administrative departments. • Train customers on application usage. • Respond to requests via official channels (corporate email and WhatsApp). • Support internal company technological processes. 4. Management and Continuous Improvement • Propose technology improvements aligned with company processes. • Support technical documentation within the management system (if applicable). • Ensure traceability and change control.
