We seek an expert in human reliability assessment capable of leading high-impact, high-volume selection processes. JOB OBJECTIVE Manage and execute psychophysiological deception evaluations to ensure the integrity and reliability of incoming and active human talent across client companies. This role is critical to mitigating internal risks—particularly in mass hiring processes where precision and agility are fundamental. WHAT WE SEEK IN YOU? • Academic Qualification: Degree in Psychology with a valid professional license. • Technical Certification: Graduate of an accredited polygraph school (preferably certified by the APA or internationally recognized associations). • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of verifiable experience conducting polygraph examinations (pre-employment, routine, and specific). • Expertise in Mass Processes: Demonstrable experience managing high-density scheduling and delivering high-quality reports within optimized timeframes for mass hiring projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS 1. Reliability Assessments: Conduct polygraph examinations in compliance with international standards and security regulations (BASC / SGCS). 2. Clinical and Technical Interviewing: Apply advanced interviewing and pre-test techniques, leveraging psychological training for behavioral and nonverbal language analysis. 3. Management of Mass Processes: Coordinate and execute high-volume evaluation schedules, ensuring the company’s hiring flow remains uninterrupted without compromising technical rigor. 4. Psychophysiological Analysis: Analyze charts and data with precision, issuing clear determinations regarding examinees’ truthfulness or deception. 5. Integrity Reports: Prepare detailed, technical reports serving as the basis for decision-making in Human Talent and Risk Management departments. 6. Specific Investigations: Support internal investigations related to security incidents or losses by applying specific detection protocols. DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE • Advanced proficiency in polygraph software (e.g., Lafayette, Limestone, or similar). • Mastery of interviewing techniques (e.g., Reid Method, PEACE Model, or similar). • Familiarity with Colombian labor regulations and personal data protection laws (Habeas Data). • Knowledge of BASC security standards.
