Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to provide administrative support in portfolio management, record customer payments, perform reconciliations, and manage accounts receivable. Opportunity for professional development in accounts receivable control A well-established private security and surveillance company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant with at least one (1) year of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Position Objective: Provide administrative support in portfolio management, record customer payments, perform accounting reconciliations, report anomalies, and control and recover accounts receivable. Responsibilities: - Apply and record bank payments related to customer portfolios - Analyze and manage customer portfolios for private physical security, public security, and electronic security services – Perform reconciliations of debtor accounts – Report anomalies to the billing department, among other duties associated with this position. Requirements: - Certified experience in this role, minimum of 1 year. - Technical or Technologist degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related fields. Position Conditions: - Salary: COP 2,188,226 + transportation allowance. - Contract: Fixed-term for six (6) months, renewable based on performance. - Working Hours: Monday to Friday. - Work Location: Bucaramanga, Santander. - Work Modality: On-site.
