




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage supply and procurement activities for maintenance, machinery, and services, ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Supplier negotiation and management We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support supply and procurement activities related to maintenance, machinery, and service processes, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and timely fulfillment of internal requirements. Required Profile University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement processes, preferably in maintenance, machinery rental, and associated service management. Main Responsibilities Receive and manage purchase requests from internal customers. Request and analyze supplier quotations. Evaluate commercial offers and conduct price analysis. Select suppliers in accordance with company policies and standards. Generate and track purchase orders. Coordinate delivery of products and services to internal customers. Manage procurement of machinery, equipment, supplies, and services. Coordinate machinery rental. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery with suppliers. Support procurement processes in other cities. Request documentation required for supplier onboarding. Manage requests for insurance policies and contractual documentation. We Offer Project-based or task-based contract for 3 months. Salary: $3,484,000. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings.
