We are seeking an analytical, results-oriented professional with a commitment to continuous improvement to lead billing and technology initiatives in Latin America. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and evolution of corporate billing systems, acting as the liaison between business, operations, finance, and technology teams. You will participate in regional digital transformation projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met. · Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, billing, financial processes, or operations. Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI. Desirable: Experience in project management, Python, process automation, or AI tools. Willingness to travel within Latin America. · Key Responsibilities Monitor and control regional projects in LATAM. Support billing teams in gathering requirements, conducting functional testing, and developing technological solutions. Participate in the implementation of corporate billing systems. Define and document functional requirements for billing systems. Prepare managerial reports and executive summaries. Design, calculate, and monitor management indicators (KPIs) for the billing area. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Support digital transformation initiatives and the organization’s technological evolution. Coordinate activities between business units and technology teams to ensure project delivery.
