Our fashion-focused company is looking for an EXPERIENCED PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT to join our team in Cali. · REQUIREMENTS: Technologist degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related administrative fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and commercial areas. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact suppliers to request seasonal samples and organize them according to the buyer's instructions for review. Request required documentation from new suppliers to ensure proper onboarding by the finance department. Prepare purchase proposals based on the schedule provided by the buyer and generate purchase orders upon prior authorization by the buyer. Ensure timely updates to the active purchase order schedule file. Other duties as assigned.
