Partner company is seeking high school graduates to fill the position of Production Assistant for Rionegro, requiring 1 year of experience in production processes. Carpentry experience is desirable. · Job Mission: Support production processes through cutting and veneering of wood panels, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and proper handling of materials and finished products. · Specific Responsibilities: Cut wood panels according to established specifications. Perform veneering of panels as per production requirements. Verify compliance with dimensional specifications for each piece. Ensure proper handling of materials during the production process. Guarantee quality of delivered orders. · Knowledge Requirements: Carpentry. Wood materials. · Competencies: Teamwork. Assertive communication. Work quality. · Salary: $1,750,000 + monthly bonus of $200,000 based on achievement of performance indicators + statutory social benefits. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with a weekly workload of 44 hours. Contract Type: Permanent.
