Role Purpose The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations by leading the production team, implementing management indicators, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the plant team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Supervise production and maintenance processes, ensuring goal attainment. Implement and monitor management indicators (production, financial, commercial). Coordinate with management and report progress directly to the General Management. Ensure compliance with industrial and environmental safety regulations. Manage process improvements to achieve production growth targets. Requirements Professional or technical degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, Agro-industry, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in production plants. Knowledge of indicator management and continuous improvement. Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Residence near Nemocón (Chía, Zipaquirá, Cajicá).
