Job Summary: Perform production activities in brick manufacturing, handling raw materials and products to ensure quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling of raw materials and work-in-progress products 2. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards 3. Teamwork and problem solving Partner company is currently seeking personnel, preferably with six (6) months of experience in construction, to fill the position of Production Operator. · Mission: Carry out productive process activities in brick manufacturing by properly handling raw materials and work-in-progress products to ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. · Responsibilities: Prepare and handle raw materials using defined tools and procedures to ensure proper transformation. Execute the production process, shaping and moving the product through its various stages while ensuring operational continuity. Classify and prepare finished products, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. Support loading and unloading activities, ensuring correct delivery to the customer. Maintain order, cleanliness, and working conditions in the work area, complying with safety regulations and personal protective equipment requirements. · Professional Competencies: Attention to detail. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months directly with the company, with possibility of renewal.
