You will be responsible for leading effective selection processes, ensuring the hiring of professionals who meet our quality standards and our clients' needs. Your focus will be on identifying talent with key competencies in administrative and technological areas, bringing innovation and excellence to the team. · Profile we seek: Psychology graduate with a valid professional license. Solid experience of more than 3 years in recruiting technology positions (Electronic Security sector). Ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates with a results-oriented approach. Analytical capability to generate reports and continuously improve selection processes. Excellent communication skills, achievement orientation, and collaborative teamwork. Position Conditions: On-site work mode. Availability to work Monday through Friday and to complement administrative hours on Saturdays. Direct employment contract with the organization, compliant with all applicable labor laws.
