Optimizing shifts to avoid overspending At Securicol Privada, we are looking for a Shift Scheduler responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the scheduling of operational staff (security guards), ensuring proper service coverage and compliance with labor regulations. Develop and manage the shift schedule for security personnel Ensure full coverage of assigned positions Monitor and manage personnel updates: disabilities, leave requests, absences, replacements Coordinate with supervisors and operations Optimize shifts to avoid overspending (unnecessary overtime) Handle reports and attendance tracking Technical, technological, or professional degree in administrative or related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in shift scheduling (preferably in private security or operational companies) Intermediate Excel proficiency Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technological program 1 year of experience Keywords: developer, desarrollador
