Responsibilities Manage and coordinate security personnel shifts. Analyze coverage requirements and schedule efficiently. Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper shift rotation. Prepare reports on shift distribution and improvement suggestions. · Requirements Prior experience in shift scheduling. Knowledge of personnel management systems.
