Job Summary: We are seeking organized and analytical professionals to plan, coordinate, and optimize shift scheduling for operational staff, ensuring continuity of mining operations. Management of workforce changes and legal compliance in shift scheduling Position Purpose We seek organized and analytical professionals responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing shift and work-hour scheduling for operational staff. Your primary objective will be to ensure continuity of mining operations while complying with current legal regulations and the company's productivity standards. Main Responsibilities Shift Schedule Design: Develop and manage work cycles (rotating/fixed) specific to mining operations. Resource Optimization: Ensure each work front has the necessary personnel according to production targets. Workforce Change Management: Proactively manage absences, vacations, leaves of absence, and replacements. Legal Compliance: Ensure scheduling complies with maximum legal working hours and mandatory rest periods. Management Reporting: Generate shift compliance indicators and personnel requirement forecasts. Required Profile Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles; prior experience in the mining sector managing complex shift schedules is mandatory. Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas). Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation (working hours). Software for time management or ERPs is desirable.
