We are currently seeking a professional with solid experience in comprehensive construction project management to serve as Project Manager, responsible for leading and administering projects from the planning phase through to successful closure. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with defined scopes, schedules, and budgets. - Lead construction site teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. - Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor project financial performance. - Maintain continuous coordination with design teams, third-party oversight entities, and other stakeholders. - Make timely technical and administrative decisions, resolving project incidents and risks in real time. - Ensure compliance with regulations, technical specifications, and internal guidelines. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in construction administration, project direction, and budgetary control. Solid knowledge of construction processes, project design, and infrastructure management. Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
