Job Summary: We are seeking a Promoter with a TAT profile to provide external support to sales staff, implement products at points of sale, rotate products, and present the product portfolio. Sales quota planning and achievement We are looking for a Promoter with a TAT profile to provide external support to sales staff. Responsibilities: Product implementation at points of sale Product rotation Presentation of the product portfolio Planning and achieving established sales quotas for customers within the assigned territory. Academic Qualification: High school diploma Experience: At least 6 months of promotion experience at points of sale, including TAT field force support, portfolio management, product displays, and point-of-sale implementation Salary: COP $1,750,905 per month plus legal transportation subsidy. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (two Sundays per month), 8 hours per day, scheduled according to the point of sale—typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience
