Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Psychologist for a temporary staffing company, responsible for the full recruitment cycle and coordination with clients to fill vacancies. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Recruitment, interviews, psychometric testing, and reporting. Coordination with clients and fulfillment of vacancies. Requirements: Psychology degree (organizational focus). 1 year of experience in selection. Proactivity and results orientation.
