Experience in tax settlement and accounting closings We are seeking an Accountant to lead accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate preparation of financial statements. This role requires proven experience in national tax settlement, accounting closings, and handling complex operations typical of the sector. Main Responsibilities Perform calculation, review, and filing of national and local taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, ICA, among others). Execute and supervise monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the accuracy of financial information. Consolidate and analyze accounting information from cleaning, security, and construction departments. Prepare financial statements, notes, bank reconciliations, and audit reports. Ensure compliance with IFRS and current regulations. Manage cost and budgeting processes, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Review payroll, benefits, and contracts, especially those related to private security and cleaning services. Handle requirements from control entities (DIAN, supervisory bodies). Ensure correct configuration and use of the accounting system. Job Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, with a valid professional license. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in: Proficiency in taxes (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, ICA, magnetic media, exogenous reporting). Solid knowledge of IFRS and audit processes. Experience with accounting systems (specify if your company uses SIIGO, World Office, Helisa, SAP, etc.). Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
