A prominent company located in Medellín is looking for personnel with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join its team as a Quality Assistant. · Academic background: Technician, technologist, or professional in quality, industrial engineering, or fields related to the metal-mechanical sector. · Specific responsibilities: · - Release and validate each stage of the production process. - Verify compliance with quality standards and traceability. - Supervise the production flow to ensure operational continuity. - Control work-in-process inventory and proper material usage. - Identify and report deviations at the plant, performing follow-up. · Knowledge requirements: · - Experience in the metal-mechanical sector. · Salary: COP 2,100,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract type: Indefinite-term.
