We are looking for responsible and committed individuals with basic knowledge of facility maintenance—including refrigeration, painting, patching, stucco work, and other related activities—who can support operational tasks and contribute to maintaining facilities in good condition. Required Profile: High school diploma. Minimum 6 months of experience in facility maintenance activities such as refrigeration, painting, patching, stucco work, etc. Willingness to support general construction and maintenance tasks. Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, and commitment. Main Responsibilities: Support maintenance of facilities and common areas. Perform basic tasks including painting, patching, and facility adaptations. Ensure safe, clean, and optimal-condition spaces. Working Conditions: Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Compensatory day off.
