Job Summary: Coordinate the supply of Hass avocado by accompanying producers and executing activities to ensure expected volumes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field accompaniment to producers 2. Problem analysis and resolution 3. Negotiation with suppliers Ensure Hass avocado supply through field accompaniment of producers in the assigned region, maintaining assertive communication to achieve expected results. Education and Experience Technical or professional degree in agricultural or livestock-related fields, with at least one year of experience and knowledge in the Hass avocado supply chain. Competencies and Skills: * Teamwork and leadership * Problem analysis and resolution * Negotiation with suppliers * Process improvement * Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Responsibilities: * Plan and execute activities to ensure assigned volumes. * Accompany producers through field visits. * Conduct dry matter sampling and visual inspection to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
