Timely supply for construction projects We are looking for a Procurement Resident with experience in the construction sector, responsible for managing procurement processes for materials, supplies, equipment, and services required for project execution, ensuring timeliness, quality, budget compliance, and efficient supplier negotiation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management roles within construction companies. Knowledge of construction material procurement, equipment acquisition, and service contracting. Budget management, purchase orders, and cost control. Experience in supplier negotiation and development. Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. Main Responsibilities Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services across various projects. Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. Negotiate commercial terms, delivery timelines, and pricing. Track purchase orders and delivery fulfillment. Ensure timely supply for construction projects. Maintain an updated supplier database and evaluate supplier performance. Support assigned budget control and monitoring. Coordinate purchasing requirements with field and administrative departments. Prepare management reports and related documentation. Working Conditions Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
