The purpose of this position is to be responsible for coordinating and directing the operations of assigned restaurant locations, with responsibilities including: Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of restaurants. Lead, develop, and support management teams in each unit. Ensure high service standards, food quality, and customer experience. Manage full responsibility for cost control and administration. Review and control product requisitions according to sales forecasts and established standard recipes. Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate menu execution. Implement processes, management indicators, and strategies that drive operational and financial results. · Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Leader, including personnel management, order preparation, inventory control, and operational and administrative management. Technologist or graduate in Gastronomy, Tourism Administration, or related fields. Highly operational profile, with hands-on leadership and results-oriented focus.
