




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced retail store manager with expertise in women's fashion to lead the team, manage operations, and drive sales. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end store management and customer service We are currently looking for a retail store manager. Candidates must hold a technical degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Customer Service. Minimum 1 year of experience advising on women's apparel fashion, excellent personal presentation, and strong vocal and commercial communication skills. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the store's work team 2. Manage store staff schedules 3. Promote and incentivize store sales in accordance with seasonal standards and collections. 5. Handle customer complaints and represent the brand to customers and superiors. 6. Supervise store display, organization, and standards. 7. Monitor inventory, merchandise receipt, and report discrepancies. 8. Ensure achievement of sales targets and implementation of sales strategies. 9. Manage cash handling, daily cash counts, end-of-day closings, and administrative reports. We offer a monthly salary of $1,750,000 + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE + A BONUS OF 200,000 AND ALL STATUTORY BENEFITS.
