Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections Analyst to ensure proper payment application, reconciliation, and control, while analyzing collections evolution and process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for payment application and reconciliation 2. Analysis of collections evolution and process effectiveness 3. Preparation of management reports and income reconciliation We are looking for a Collections Analyst responsible for ensuring accurate application, reconciliation, and control of payments received across the company's various business lines. The role involves analyzing collections trends, validating the effectiveness of automated debit processes, preparing management reports, and ensuring timely income reconciliation — thereby contributing to the achievement of financial and portfolio recovery objectives. Academic Qualifications Final-semester student or graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday: 8 AM to 2 PM. Remote Work: 1 day per week. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in collections processes, bank reconciliations, payment application, and income control. Technical Skills Advanced Excel. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of Access. Bank reconciliation expertise. Collections application and control. Preparation of reports and financial data analysis. Power BI proficiency is desirable.
