Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor to coordinate cleaning, gardening, and maintenance teams, ensuring cleaning and safety standards in Cali. Key Highlights: 1. Candidates must hold a technical or university degree in administrative fields and have at least 2 years of verifiable experience managing cleaning, gardening, and facility maintenance personnel. The candidate must reside in Cali. Compensation includes a salary of $ 2,950,000 + transportation allowance of 249,095 + additional mobility allowance of 330,000. The candidate must own a motorcycle and maintain all related documents up to date, and be available to perform routes within the city of Cali. * Main Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring compliance with cleaning and maintenance standards of the shopping center. - Monitor the usage and replenishment of cleaning supplies and tools. - Guarantee compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. - Verify proper operation of cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions. - Address client requests and requirements regarding cleaning and maintenance of common areas.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Degree Years of Experience Knowledge: Team Management, Gardening, Cleaning, Maintenance, Supervision Driver's License: A2 Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, team leader
