Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial advisor with experience in face-to-face sales of products or services, focused on strategic customer engagement and cross-selling. Key Points: 1. Identify and strategically approach the customer at the physical location. 2. Promote appropriate advisory services for the credit card product. 3. Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills and a commercial attitude are valued. We are looking for commercial advisors with experience in selling tangible or intangible products. Responsibilities: Identify and strategically approach the customer at the physical location. Analyze, provide, and promote appropriate advisory services for the credit card product. Demonstrate strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Perform cross-selling. Requirements: Must be of legal age. Recent experience of 8 months to 1 year in face-to-face sales of tangible or intangible products, verifiable. Preferably experience in cold-calling or approaching customers proactively. Desirable experience in face-to-face sales of telecommunications, mobile phone plans, insurance, credit cards, tourism packages, funeral plans, health plans, among others. Applicants may include high school graduates, technical diploma holders, technological degree holders, or university students. Strong commercial skills and an excellent attitude are required. Work is conducted at a fixed location. Schedule and Compensation: Full-Time Promoter – Full-time position FULL-TIME: 8 hours per day, rotating shifts with a compensatory day off.
