Job Summary: A major partner company requires a high school graduate or technical professional in sales to advise customers, drive sales, and ensure proper cash and merchandise handling. Maintaining order and inventory stock at the point of sale A major partner company seeks a high school graduate and/or technical professional in sales or related fields for its team; no prior work experience is required, but candidates must possess essential sales knowledge and cash handling skills. · Job Mission: Provide comprehensive customer consultation to ensure a satisfying shopping experience, drive achievement of sales targets, and ensure proper cash handling and merchandise control at the point of sale. · Specific Responsibilities: Greet and advise customers in product selection. Drive sales and achieve commercial targets. Maintain order, product display, and inventory stock at the point of sale. Manage invoicing and collections (when assigned cash handling duties). Ensure merchandise security (PIN control and reporting). · Knowledge Requirements: Sales. · Competencies: Customer orientation. Commercial and negotiation skills. Assertive communication. Results orientation. Teamwork. · Salary: COP $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + social benefits + commissions. Working Hours: Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
