Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for TAT commercial advisory or sales representative roles, responsible for route visits, product offerings, and meeting sales quotas. Key Highlights: 1. Customer portfolio management and achievement of objectives We are currently recruiting Sales Representatives or TAT Commercial Advisors. Responsibilities: Conduct visits along the assigned route. Present the product portfolio. Plan and meet the established sales quotas for customers within your territory. Academic Qualification: Completed high school education Experience: Minimum 12 months in TAT sales, pre-sales, and achievement of commercial indicators. SALARY: COP $1,750,905 + variable bonus of COP $1,963,000 paid upon achievement of performance indicators; guaranteed for the first month + legal transportation allowance of COP $249,095 + additional mobility allowance based on the mileage of your zone + excellence bonus of COP $140,000 AVERAGE SALARY: COP $4,000,000 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, including holidays, from 6:00 a.m. until completion of the route.-Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
