Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Assistant to protect assets, facilities, and personnel; manage access control; and support opening and closing protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Asset, facility, and personnel security and protection. 2. Access control for staff and visitors. 3. Assistance with establishment opening and closing procedures. A reputable company located in Medellín is looking for experienced personnel (minimum 1 year) to join its security team as a Security Assistant. Academic Qualification: High school graduate. Specific Duties: Conduct surveillance and ensure the security and protection of assets, facilities, and personnel within the establishment. Control the entry and exit of customers, employees, and visitors. Assist with establishment opening and closing while ensuring compliance with established protocols. Perform bag and package inspections when necessary. Support cargo loading and unloading activities. Required Knowledge: Valid security training course. Establishment opening and closing protocols. Inventory and asset control. Basic regulations governing private security. · Salary: COP 1,750,905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Schedules: Rotating shifts. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (work or service) with statutory benefits. Work Location: Medellín, Carrera 52 N° 9Sur - 39, Av.
