Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed security guards for access control, inspection rounds, and incident reporting, in accordance with security protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control of personnel, vehicle, and material entry and exit. 2. Conducting inspection rounds in assigned areas. 3. Reporting incidents and compliance with security protocols. A security sector company requires security guards to work in the city of Cali. We seek responsible, committed individuals with a service-oriented attitude, willing to work any shift schedule (day, night, or rotating shifts, 8- and 12-hour shifts). Main Responsibilities: Control personnel, vehicle, and material entry and exit. Conduct inspection rounds in assigned areas. Report incidents or irregular situations to the supervisor. Follow established security procedures and protocols. Requirements: High school graduate. Valid security training course certification. Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. Up-to-date documentation (criminal background check, military service booklet if applicable). Availability to work any shift (day, night, or rotating).
