Supporting the design and implementation of Assessment Center processes and other evaluation methodologies. Coordinating the administration of technical tests. Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates together with area leaders. Ensuring that the selection process complies with guidelines defined by leadership. Guaranteeing compliance with SENA quotas at the national level and across Group companies. Promoting the employer brand (job fairs, institutional visits). Holding periodic meetings with GECC companies to monitor and improve processes. Ensuring proper management of internal promotions. Guaranteeing compliance with the probationary period process. Ensuring and managing the Presidential Referral Program. · Requirements and Conditions: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Experience: Minimum 2 years in selection processes within large companies.
