




Position Summary: We are seeking a psychologist with experience in mass recruitment, capable of managing the full recruitment and personnel evaluation cycle. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the full personnel selection cycle. 2. Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. 3. Proactivity, assertive communication, and organization. A psychologist with a minimum of three years’ certified experience in mass selection processes is required, with teamwork capability, achievement orientation, attention to detail, knowledge of individual interview techniques, competency-based interviews, administration and interpretation of psychometric tests, proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, and performance indicator management. The candidate will be responsible for executing recruitment, evaluation, and selection processes aligned with organizational culture, aiming to onboard suitable operational and administrative profiles. Main Responsibilities: Manage the full selection cycle—from job posting, recruitment, candidate scheduling, competency-based interviews, test administration and interpretation, to selection reports. Management of job portals. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
